Descrição da vaga

ZBB routine: Responsible to perform the ZBB monthly end cycle according to Global policies and directions. Guarantee to be aligned with the general payment process of the area that affects the ZBB results. Track and monitoring the ZBB expenses and measure the performance comparing Budget x Actual x LE (Last Estimated) x FY (Full Year), by cost center and packages (account). Have the results available with the necessary drilldown visibility to subareas/cost center owners. Always question the actual entries and be able to explain the variances. Participate in the Budget process. Request reclassifications, intercompany/Cross-Charges and accruals as agreed.


General routine: Identify and apply continuous improvements in the processes; Act towards achievement of the cascaded targets; prepare the standard documentation and guarantee the sustainability of the processes (meet the Excellence program deliverables); Support clients’ with ad-hoc; requests/questions/doubts and negotiate deadlines; Share knowledge and either look for or be the benchmark.

Main Challenges: 

-          Deliver the SLA products on time and with quality;

-          Guarantee no significant errors in the processes;

-          Execute the activities, assuring to follow the global compliance policies of the company;

-          Continuous improvements of the deliverables; Work towards transforming the activities to become more analytical;

-          Cooperate and align with other teams related to the deliverables focusing on better results for the company;

-          Educate and train the Stakeholders/Clients to follow the processes and the policies, providing any assistance and feedback;

-          Support the Stakeholders/Client’s on ad-hoc/urgent requests or any questions/doubts;


Routines:

-          Routine meetings: RPS; PRP; Client Meeting; Shared Challenge; Town Hall; Tracker meeting (if applied)

-          People Cycle: Competence appraisal; Create and follow-up PDI/PDP

-          Targets

-          Back-up activities

-          Excellence Program – Keep sustainability

-          Manage own flexible/working hours

-          Manage e-mails and new demands

-          Ad-hocs


-          Upload Board and LCA LE

-          Monthly ZBB results report

-          Variance Explanation for Board and LCA

-          Budget process

-          Cost center review

-          Continuous improvement - SOP

-          Payment / Invoice / x-charge inquiries

-          Travel Tracker

-          Team LE Tracking

Requisitos e qualificações

Education:

-          Graduation in Accounting, Administration, Social Economy, Economy, Statistics, Engineering, Administration, Management or correlated areas


Languages:

-          Mandatory: English level Intermediary: Conversation and writing/reading

-          Desirable: Advanced/Native: Conversation and writing/reading

 

Experience:

-          Desirable: Financial or Accounting area.


Competencies Skills:

-          Good communication, Analytical, Teamwork, Proactive, Dynamic, Flexible and Responsible;

-          Focus and Discipline in the implementation and management of routine and risk;

-          Management of highly sensitive matters and work under pressure;

-          Sense of ownership and urgency;


Technical Skills:

-          Mandatory: Advanced Microsoft Office Excel and Power BI;

-          Desirable: knowledge in Outlook; Word; Power Point; SAP; Qliksense/Qlikview; Anaplan; Financial/Accounting; O365 SharePoint tool; Business Intelligence & Analytics.
