Management of the entire process of the Company's Stock Option Program (LAN, LAS ,LABATT), from concession to the exercise of options, includding Portal AmbevSop, management of plans links together with Bradesco's global actions, termination processses, blackout period,operation of the payment of dividends,contracts signatures and assistance to all shareholders.The role is also responsible for the share based payment accrual review and preparation of the quarterly Share based payment information for the financial statements disclosed to the market. (Explanatory note).

To ensure the correct application of the rules of the Stock Options Programs of and adjustments in the quantities of granted, canceled and exercised liabilities of approximately 2.7 billion reais in different types of stock plans (LAN,LAS,LABATT scope).

Guarantee the correct payment of 10 bilion reais (total amount paid in 2017) to all shareholders ,and the correct calculation and implementation of the restrictcs stocks arising from these payments.(LAN,LAS,LABATT scope)

Ensure that the quarterly information disclosed to the market is correct and in accordance with all legal requirements.

Ensure correct forecast of the cost of action plans - approximately 15 million reais accrued in 2017 ( Scope: LAN).

Ensure compliance of companies in the disclosure of information to the securities commission and the market in general.

Most of the stock plans participants are VPs and directors from LAN, LAN and LABATT
